Project

At NCKU, every student has to make a robot before they graduate. 

In 2023, the mission of our robot is to grip some components with jaws, transport the components with a "foot" robot, and finally give them to an automatic control robot. 

In this project, we worked in the unit of teams, I was responsible for the foot robot and the mechatronics of the entire robot.

Jansen's linkage Design

We use parallel structure of Jansen's linkage to make sure the surface of  our robot will always be  horizontal.  One centrl gear with reduction ratio of 1.75, lighten the burden of our motor. 

And this is also the bionic design.

Mechanical Engineering Project

We complete our robot before deadline, and almost get a full score in the test.

we have three chances in the test, the  film right hand side is the most sucessful.

Competiton

Finally we get the gold prize  and two manufacturer prize in the competition!
